February 12th, 2014

Prisoners, Lovers, and Spies...

Lyco Works’ collaborator Kristie Macrakis’ new book on invisible inks and secret writing, written from an historical perspective is now available at  The book includes a special “Kitchen Chemistry” appendix co-authored by Jason describing invisible writing experiments that can be conducted using household ingredients.  We’ve also been making videos… check out our Valentine’s messages and Easter Egg videos.

Kristie and Jason plan on attending the Washington DC Spy Museum for the book signing in April, and in the meantime have started to produce a series of short videos demonstrating how lovers and spies can conceal their messages on eggs, paper, and other materials using readily available household liquids as inks.
